I would appreciate any advice on this.

 

We are not and do not want to be a CONSER library. There’s simply no way to meet the requirements for membership. We are a Serials Solutions library and get their MARC records. We do catalog some electronic journals in OCLC, typically ones that are more obscure or simply smaller. It would be nice to get those records we create as part of our MARC records, but Serials Solutions may only use CONSER records, not OCLC records.

 

How does one get a catalog record for a journal added to CONSER’s database?
