Hello,
Is anyone else having problems using Wiley Article Select
tokens for downloading e-book chapters? When the new Wiley Online Library
launched, we could not use our tokens at all. They restored access for journal
articles very quickly, but one week later we are still unable to download book
chapters.
Has anyone else had this same problem? Has your problem been
resolved?
