I think you want OCLC #22571643 for the title Foundation Reporter.

It was originally published by Taft. There's a 500 note in the record that says the following: "Published: Detroit, <1997->; published: Medford, NJ : Information Today, Inc., 2007-   ." And there's a 550 note with "38th ed. published by: Thomson Gale."

It looks like the ISSN you have is an incorrect ISSN (in the $y of the 022 on the Foundation Reporter record). The correct ISSN for Foundation Reporter is 1055-4998.

I’m trying to locate a serial record in OCLC for this title, Foundation Reporter, and issn.

The title connected with this issn is Corporate Giving Directory, but on both these titles, Taft is listed as the publisher, whereas in the books, Information Today, Inc. is listed as the publisher.  I find monograph records with the isbn # in the books but need a serial record.  Any help will be appreciated.
