Hello:
I am
wondering whether any Los Angeles Area library sites are having problems with
mulptile copy DELIVERED subscriptions to the L.A. Times?
My staff has
been attempting to verify our subscriptions and we are getting
different start/end dates depending on which person we reach on the
phone.
We are also
missing one to three of our Sunday newspaper copies each
week.
It has been
labeled an "accounting problem" by the LA Times and we are waiting to hear
word from that department.
In the
meantime, is anyone else encountering a problem with direct
delivery?
Apologies
for a asking about a local problem, but I am trying to figure out some options
that would satisfy our Sunday walk-in patrons and our research needs. Going
digital isn't gonna cut it!
