I hope someone can help me with the bibliographic information for this publication:<br>Dialogue : revue d&#39;information et de reflexion. ISSN 0257-0017. OCLC 4694149.<br>Started in 1967 published in Kigali, Rwanda. <br>Per OCLC, now published in Brussels, Belgium.<br>

<br>So far, so good. But recently we received 4 issues published in Kigali:<br>no. 179/180 (July-Dec. 2004), theme: &quot;L&#39;enjeu foncier au Rwanda&quot;<br>no. 181/182 (Jan.-June 2006), theme: &quot;La problematique de l&#39;eau au Rwanda&quot;<br>

no. 184/185 (Jan.-May 2008), theme: &quot;L&#39;eglise catholique au Rwanda et la reconstruction&quot;<br>no. 186 (Nov. 2008), theme: &quot;Rwanda: les mandats d&#39;arret internationaux&quot;<br><br>The numbering of these issues doesn&#39;t fit with the numbering of the issues published in Brussels around the same time periods, e.g., Brussels issue no. 243 covers Apr.-June 2008. We have (off-site) earlier issues numbered 179-186 from the 1990s.The cover layout and logo match our recent Brussels issues, but the editorial committee and address are different, and the Kigali issues have beneath the title &quot;publiee par l&#39;ASBL Dialogue a Kigali.&quot; <br>

<br>There is an editorial in no. 186 (Nov. 2008) that makes it clear that the Kigali editors consider the Brussels publication a separate publication. Both Kigali and Brussels issues bear the same ISSN and claim the same continuity back to 1967 and the journal&#39;s founder. <br>

<br>I welcome suggestions for how to update our catalog record to explain these issues! Or should I create a new record for this new(?) Kigali-based journal Dialogue?<br clear="all">-- <br>Kay Teel<br>Serials and Arts Resources<br>
