We have an excellent vendor we recommend for Mexico - Martín de Jesus Sanchez Espinosa.  Historically we had chronic problems with receipts, billing and communication with Mexican vendors.  We migrated all of our subscriptions to Martín several years ago and he has eliminated almost all our problems.  Martín is delightful to work with, responds quickly and can be reached at librosmexicanos@yahoo.com.mx.

Sorry I don't have anyone to recommend for South America or any information regarding Esteva.

P.S.  Martín also handles our monograph orders.
