That is the last issue we received.  At one time, this publication arrived with regularity.  Around about 2001, it got to be like pulling teeth to get them to deliver anything.  IIRC, our rep at EBSCO told us that EBSCO had had to work through translators.    We had arranged to cancel anyway because we were tired of it.  IW<br>
