“Brick and Click” offers a wide variety of content for a reasonable price ($135).  Presentation topics include virtual reference, consolidating and evolving services, web usability testing, training staff, on demand books, cataloging media, and more.

+ Fascinating conference! The proceedings are wonderful - very helpful when you don't attend a session or even if you do!
