Hi All,
MDOC are committed to putting on this event at High Dam on May 10th 2020.
It may seem a long way in the future, but it is necessary to get started NOW on permissions, finding officials etc.
Please will you contact me if you are interested in a major role at the event. We need an organiser, a planner (or two) and an access officer. This last role will be made easier than before as Roger Smith, LOC, has offered to talk to several of the landowners.
I need a deadline for offers – lets say end of October.  Tentative offers are acceptable!
