Do you have a statuesque friend?

We have a Quaker visitor from Kenya who will be with us from April 24th to 26th.
He wants to visit some of the places linked with George Fox, the founder of Quakerism, these include Pendle Hill and Fairbanks Fell, the problem is that the weather may be cool and or wet and Kenyans do not usually have much cold weather clothing, the other problem is that he is a big guy, 54inch chest. If you can think of anyone who might be able to help with a warm or a waterproof layer that would be great. There is no need for top quality.
