Next Saturday (when I really would prefer to be Harvesting) I'll be
riding 100 miles on a bike from Leicester to Hunstanton, raising funds
for research into various abdominal cancers, in support of daughter
Emily's soon-to-be-old colleagues.

It won't be easy or comfortable - the last time my bike had an outing
was the same thing last year - but this will be the last one of these.
