Perhaps you have joined recently and not yet thought about joining club members for this event. You are welcome to join us and it is a chance to get to know other club members.
We rotate round about 12 different homes, meeting up just before 7pm, going out for a run(or walk) in groups. You will be helped to choose which group to join, think how far you might run, jog or walk in50 minutes or an hour. On our return soup( if the weather is cold) bread cheese, salad cakes... are on offer, and lots of chat.

Tomorrows run is at 17 Mersey Meadows, West Didsbury, the home of Andrew and Margaret Gregory.  Do come, all ages welcome.
