Every event that we put on requires a qualified first aider.
We need a bigger pool of members to call on for our Saturday morning events,
our street league events and our summer countryside score events - nearly 30
in total.
The level of qualification needed for these is to have attended a 6-hour
course (not a full 2-day course), so we intend to put on a suitable course
on a Saturday in the autumn.

Qualifications only last for 3 years so several members who attended a full
2-day course a few years ago are no longer qualified. This short top-up
course would be ideal for them.

Please will you let me know if you would like to attend a day of First Aid
training. The more volunteers the better - fewer occasions on which you will
be called on.
