Yes, this really is about 2013.

We have Twin Peak booked in Macc Forest at the end of October (OMM weekend).
I have been told that we should have our main officials in place very soon.

Would anybody like to volunteer to plan or organise either or both of the
days?

If you are interested but feel you lack the experience of this level of
event, the club can arrange a more experienced person to help/advise/mentor.
