Message to all of you who are now entered for the JK RELAYS:-

Following on from my last email please note the message below. Please check
your SI number is correct on the relay entry list visit
https://www.sientries.co.uk/list.php?event_id=620 ....follow the link and
search by club MDOC.

I shall assume that you are all happy with your relay teams, team name and
the leg order in which you have been placed unless I hear otherwise....email
preferred.

Please note it is very easy for me to edit or make changes to entries on
line before April 4th ...I would far rather do this (and have email
exchanges now- over the next week) than any of us hassling over it or
worrying about it on the day when we need to be excited and focused on the
relay races on the day and cheering one another on.  We have good teams some
very competitive ones and the slicker we are on the day the better the
results (or that's the theory any way J)

Margaret is in the process of collecting £10/adult/relay.

We shall take some safety pins but there is a note below which says:  Please
encourage your team members to bring their own safety pins for Race Numbers.

...And yes it would be good if you took some just in case it slips my mind!

JK Relay Registration

Competitor names and SI cards can be updated online via the entry system
until midday on Wednesday 4th April and this is encouraged. Team declaration
forms should be collected by the Club Captain from Relay Registration at the
Information Point on Day 3 (between 1100 and 1600). Signed declaration forms
should be returned to Relay Registration by the Club Captain, and Race
Numbers will be handed out in exchange. The final deadline for registration
is 1600 on Day 3, Sunday 8 April.

Please encourage your team members to bring their own safety pins for Race
Numbers.
