Subject: Webinar Pilot Survey

Good Afternoon

I hope you are well, I’m writing in follow up to my email a couple of weeks ago highlighting the live webinar session that was being delivered.

We had a great response both watching the session and questions that were sent in to me direct prior and afterwards which provided very valuable and constructive comments.

We are now in the review phase of the pilot and I’d be grateful if you’d be able to complete and distribute the survey link below around your club.

https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/trainingpilot2018

This survey, which should take no more than five minutes to complete, will help me to further understand what we need to do to improve the live experience and also ensure future sessions and subjects are just what orienteers want to see and at a time that best suits everyone.

The survey is open for another week, until Monday 5th November and all feedback received will be very much appreciated.

Additionally, we want to hear from anyone who would be interested in potentially delivering a session which can cover any area of orienteering. Please drop me a line if this is something you think would be worth pursuing further.

Many thanks for your help and support.

Peter

Feedback on the pilot

This session is the last in a short pilot of training sessions that was developed following the volunteer consultation that took place at the beginning of this year. We have been working hard to analyse how the sessions work, what we can do to improve the delivery, how we promote them and what sessions will be of benefit in the future. I’ll be working on a plan for 2019 and any feedback including sessions you’d like to hear, the best way to communicate these to you and anything else would be very much appreciated. A survey monkey survey will also be distributed following the last session.

Additionally, should you have a passion in a particular area of the sport or something that would appeal to other orienteers and would be interested in presenting please get in touch with us, we want to hear from you. The future programme is all about orienteers and clubs, we want to deliver a training programme that meets your needs and engages more people across the country.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions and any ideas for the future.

Best Regards

Peter
