Subject: Get Started and Skilled
Dear Club Contact
I just wanted to make you are all aware of a new bursary we
have recently launched at GreaterSport, as part of the Get Started &
Skilled programme.
The bursary is targeted at females living in Greater
Manchester, who are interested in undertaking a coaching qualification. We are
able to fund up to 50% of the cost of a coaching course (up to the value of
£200 per person). In return we are asking for the participants to sign up to CoachWeb and
log ten hours of volunteering at their local club. This has now been expanded
to include officiating courses as well as first aid, child protection and other
CPD courses.
