Just 1 whole week to the start of this year's Street League. Romiley Arms, registration 6-7pm -ish, next Tuesday. The course is planned and checked, and some necessary gardening done. The Bake-Off will be finished so that's no excuse.

Don't forget to get your order in for maps and food. (You don't have to, but you run the risk of me not printing enough maps if you don't.) Thanks to all who've already done so.

Last week's email was slightly wrong - the interesting new scoring system applies to both the gross and the handicap. Still time to dig out your watch, pencil, (head)torch and Hi-Vis clothing (and your GPS tracker for recording the genius of your route) - and don't forget to check and charge your batteries.
