Hi all

I am seeking helpers for Sat morn event, 10am Burnage Rugby Club, Mersey Vale, Heaton Mersey (details club website). If you want to make a day of it you can start 9 am with a 5 km run and follow with a game of rugby. In the eve, watch 'strictly' with your feet up!
