About 40 MDOC are currently entered, most for all 5 days, but a few for 1 or 2 days. We are running central services each day and your assistance is required. Typically this will require one shift from each person on each of 2 days. You will be able to run each day though start times may need to be adjusted.


Tasks are Registration (Sat/Sun), then each day Enquiries, EOD, Download, Start list and Results display.

Prizegiving (Fri)


Some key people will be grafting every day.


Please let me know


  1. Which days you are available and any pref for early or late shift.
  2. Who you would like to be grouped with (usually easy to guess but also travel sharing, secret lovers, people you can't stand etc ) . Replies treated in strict confidence in accord with latest data protection!
  3. Any particular job preference.

I cannot guarantee to satisfy all your desires but will try. There is no short term recompense but the Club will eventually receive loot which we hope to distribute as a form of benefit to helpers rather than to absorb into general funds, though again no promises at this stage. At worst your reward is in heaven (or somewhere).
If you are replying on behalf of a family please be clear on who is included (and tell them!!).
