Hi Everyone
Please let me know if you can help at the Alderley Edge
evening event on Thursday, 18 July.
The jobs to be covered are: Registration, manning the Start
(and Finish if possible), Computing , First Aid, marshalling road
crossings and giving advice to newcomers. Help with bringing in controls at
the end would also be appreciated.
All helpers should be able to have a run too.
Clare Griffin has planned White, Yellow,
Orange, Light Green, Short Green, Green and Blue courses so there is
something for everyone.
NB Because
the Blue and Green courses cross a road where the traffic is usually moving
fast, it will be necessary for runners aged under-16 to be accompanied by an
adult if they wish to run either of those courses.
