Hi all,

As organiser for the next Summer Evening event at Brereton Heath on Tuesday 18^th June, any offers of help would be very much appreciated. The usual jobs need to be covered including Registration, Start, Download and control collecting. All helpers should be able to have a run too.

Registration is from 17.30, Start times from 18.00-19.15.

We will be using the Visitor Centre for Registration, Download etc.  

Please let me know if you are able to help, and whether you have any preference for job.  I will be away from 8^th-15^th June so early replies would be appreciated.
