Greetings fellow cunning runners!
For my sins I run the club Facebook page. If you've
not yet given it a go, please check it out. You can easily access it from
the icon on the club's website. There's loads of photos, snippets of
news, interesting videos etc etc.
If you're on Facebook please go to the MDOC
page and click on 'Like' if you haven't done already. Not only will you get
automatic updates on your newsfeed but we also get to feel loved. And
please feel free to contribute comments etc yourselves - the more
interactive the better.
