Any of you who are ‘in the midst’
of applying for your CRB and have recently acquired a CRB form....ie - and
intend to fill it out and have your documents checked should throw it away and acquire
a DBS Enhanced Disclosure application form instead....see email and link below.

Dear Regional Identity Document Checker,
As the CRB has undergone a name change to the Disclosure and
Barring Scheme (DBS), all application forms which have the old CRB logo is now void.
Please direct any members to the following link to request a DBS Enhanced
Disclosure application form.
I am currently in discussion with the DBS to request a
number of application forms to be able to hand out to applicants on request but
until I receive these forms all applicants should follow the steps provided on
the link above.
If you have any old CRB forms please dispose of them.
