A revised version of the final details has been put up on the Lakeland website; http://www.lakeland-orienteering.org.uk/ the changes from the previous version are highlighted in yellow and there is now a layout map of the race site included.

Remember that there is a NWOA Junior Squad home-made soup and cake stall; sales on a first come first served basis.
