Hi to those concerned
As I shall be unavailable from Monday Feb. 11th
until March Thursday March 20th, I wish to inform you of the arrangements for
the collection and return of equipment from the stores for events
Collecting equipment from the
stores
Please contact Jim Nightingale on 0161 445 2713 in
advance and arrange a time and date to meet him at the stores.The stores are
based at St.Aidens United Reformed Church in the crypt on Parkfield Road at
the junction with Palatine Road,West Didsbury.
Returning equipment after the
event
On collecting the equipment arrange with Jim when
you are able to bring the equipment back.Jim is usually
available later on the same day of event.If this is possible
give him a ring to tell him your expected time of your
arrival to return the equipment. If you cannot return the equipment the same day
of the event make arrangements with him for a time and date as soon as
possible after the event.
