Just a reminder that on the same day as BOC in the Lakes, NWOA are also putting on the British TrailO Championships at YMCA Lakeside.

I'd like to encourage some of you to give it a go as numbers aren't that good at present – we currently have Tom Fellbaum competing in the Elite class. There is also plenty of room on the Standard class (a bit easier, shorter and cheaper too!).

There will be time to do your runs at BOC and then head over to do the TrailO.

All ages welcome, but please note you'll have to remain silent during the competition.

Note that for the Junior class, prizes will go to the top 3 Juniors on Elite, but if there are < 3 in that class then the top Juniors on Standard will get those prizes.

Hint: we currently have only 1 Junior entered – Juniors are M/W20 and younger.
