Dear John,

Final details for the British Night Championships and Northern Championships are now on the LOC website. Please make sure that all members of your party familiarise themselves with these.
 
There are some URGENT matters we wish to draw to your attention: 

Because entry numbers are large, parking on both days is going to be very difficult. Please do not plan to drive to these events on your own. If you are travelling to the Lake District by yourself, please arrange to meet up with someone else before arriving at the events. Suitable car parking locations where you can meet up with someone else and leave a vehicle are identified for both events in the Final Details.
 
As it will not be possible to change start times on the day for either event, please think about the start block you have selected and if necessary use the Amend Entry function on Fabian4 to select a start block closer to your travelling companions.  You can also request to start near a named competitor.  These changes MUST be made before entries close on 19th February. Many competitors have not selected a start block in their Fabian4 entries, so currently can be given any start time. If you are one of those, please use the Amend Entry function to choose a start block, unless you really don’t mind when you start.

If you have changed your SI card or wish to change the course you are running please could you also make these changes via Fabian4 before 19th February. 

Any competitor on Course 1 or 2 at the British Night Championships whose dibber records only 30 visits to controls MUST request a free of charge replacement well before the event.

Competitors running as M16 at the British Night Championships should note that they are now running on Course 6.
