Registration opens at 10.30  (starts 11.30-13.30) so I guess competitors will start to arrive from 10am onwards.

Therefore it would be helpful if the early shift car parking team could be ready and operational before 10am. Similarly other services need to be ready and in place by 10.30am.

Note - Start/finish will be set up in advance 

Early shift volunteers should remain in place until their replacements have arrived. Late shift volunteers should make every effort to run early i.e. at or prior to the formal start time.
