Good news:-

Just to let you all know that Andy had his second hip op at the Spire Hospital Manchester on Wednesday and yesterday evening he was discharged following a successful op and very speedy recovery with him undergoing the surgery with a spinal.  I know that Andy would like to get back to his orienteering one day so just because he has needed to take an enforced (painful) break you can expect to have him back : )

He has missed his orienteering and his O friends.
