This will be me and Dr. daughter Emily attempting a 100-mile charity bike ride in just 2 weeks time. Last year I managed it in relative (dis)comfort, but this year it may be wiser to sponsor me for miles achieved, as I'll be in week 15 of rehab following a total hip replacement, and so far I've managed just over an hour on an exercise bike.
