Dear All
It is with regret that this years Footpath relay is being cancelled. While the routes have been recced and maps prepared, personal circumstances of the organising team have resulted in us not being as advanced as we would we wish to be with 2 weeks to go. With only 3 teams other than ourselves expressing an interest we thus propose to postpone, retain the maps and re-visit the event with renewed publicity and promotion in 2017.
Many apologies to those that were looking forward to this great event and putting in some extra training but we do hope you all understand. We will keep you posted of developments for 2017 when we have a firm proposal.
