Please find detailed below request for helpers for the above events together with the  arrangements for the equipment required by planners and organisers.
Equipment Arrangements
I have an appointment for a knee replacement operation on April 5th.I am therefore unlikely to be able to go up and down the steps at the stores for a while
I intend therefore to collect all the necessary equipment needed from the stores this week and store it in our garage for the duration of 4 events and bring it to Lyme each week.I attach a list of the equipment.
If there is something required but not on the list please let me know in good time.Arrangements for SI boxes etc should be made with Julie Brook or Eddie Speak.

Access to the PARK after 4.30 and to NT members is free.Car park fees can claimed back from the club if necessary.PLEASE NOT THAT THE PARK CLOSES AT 8.00 p.m.
