Emma, Ann-Marie,

Someone will eventually point out the irony of asking not to publish your email address, whilst by using ‘reply-all’ you have published to the entire group the information you do not wish to be made public.

Others- to preserve your privacy (if needed), only Kath needs to know your choice.

Hi,

I have been informed, by BOF, that the club now (due data protection laws) requires your written (email) permission in order to distribute your email address in print i.e. the Membership Directory

Regardless of the fact that it has already been released for many years in the past, without this permission it will not be included in the next edition.

Replies (Yes – I give my permission or No – I don’t) asap please, 26th Feb is the cut-off.

Thanks

Kath
