The next event in the NSL series will take place on Thursday 21st January, based at the Lymm Rugby Club, Crouchley Lane, Lymm, WA13 0AS (GR SJ 683 864). The club is on the south side of the road.
Organiser / planner John Kewley has provided the following information :
* 18:00 onwards for registration, top of the stairs, turn right
* 18:30 - 19:30 starts
* 20:00 Food will be put out
* Changing rooms will be labelled for: "Orienteering men" and "Orienteering women", showers will be available
* Leave muddy shoes in porch or hallway
* There is a folk club happening on the same night
* Bar will be open (until about 12:00!)
The choice of food will be slightly more limited than we are accustomed to. There will be a meat curry (probably chicken)and a vegetarian curry (both with rice) for around £5 a head.
The manager needs to know the numbers requiring food in advance, so please contact me by 11:59:59pm on Monday 18th January to secure your map and your choice from the menu.
This event involves slightly more travel for most of us (except the Deeside people and the MDOC cohort from Knutsford!), and finding a suitable venue has been more problematic than usual (and thanks to JK for his lateral thinking on this!). In spite of the difficulties, it promises to be another good night - so
