As I am one of the document checkers for BOF for CRB application forms a few of you are asking me to check your documents for you.  The process for checkers has recently changed:-

You can help me by ensuring that you have completed sections A, B, (C if applicable), D and E correctly on your CRB Application form.  (You don’t have to complete the other sections).

Please bring with you:-

Your completed CRB form

A copy of the attached form and ALL the documents listed on this form ie:

Passport

Driving Licence

Birth Certificate

Marriage Certificate (if relevant)

Proof of National Insurance Number

A bill with your current address on it

AND a stamped addressed envelope to:

All identity document checkers are required to complete the attached form and return it to the National Office with the application form.  I am then able to complete the appropriate sections.
