Dear Member

We have a new venue for this years' AGM.It will be held at The Ladybrook Hotel, Fir Road, Bramhall.The hotel is very near the large roundabout outside Bramhall Park.

As a hot meal is to be provided, as in previous years, we need to know if you intend to come and which of the menu you would like.

Please reply before before Oct 4th as we have to give numbers to the hotel as regards the food in advance

FOOD CHOICE- A-Homemade Chilli-con-carne served with rice and crusty bread

B-Homemade Cottage pie served with beetroot and crusty bread

C-Vegetarian Hot Pot
