Sorry for the delay in writing.

 

I attach the preferences / availability of the 10 people who have shown interest in attending a Safety Workshop. Apologies to Rae and Mike, from whom I have failed to seek preferences for day of week.

[I have also received requests for hand-outs from some people who attended 4 years ago, and for them to be made available electronically. Requests noted.]

If your name is on the attached spreadsheet please could you confirm that it provides a reasonable representation of your availability and preferences.

At present it seems to me that there is no single date in Jan or Feb that would suit all 10 people.

Best would appear to be Monday 1 Feb, though Peter Ross would have to drop his usual activity then.

Second best would appear to be Thursday 4 Feb, but that would exclude Ed Jones (DEE).

I’m inclined to conclude that we should opt for Monday 1 Feb. [Sorry Pete!]

If your name is not on the attached spreadsheet, but you would like to attend, then it is not too late to add you to the list - but you would have to be available on Mon 1 Feb.

Please let me know as soon as you can.

Considering a possible venue, Margaret Gregory has offered the Friends Meeting House, but I think it would not be available on the first Monday of the month.

Richard Evans has offered the Stockport Elim Church which would cost £30.

Some attendees have indicated a preference for somewhere that sells beer…

I’ll consider the home addresses of the attendees, and see there’s a pattern.

I’ll write to each of the people on my list when I’ve made some progress.
