Thanks to all of you who responded to the test messages.

I've been in touch with simplelists support (he's an ex-mdoc member) and the problem is with Talktalk. There are other members - Steve Beresford, Vicky and Jessica Whittaker on talktalk - it's possible they are not getting any emails at all
