Most people know that Karen Parker is an ex-MDOC member (from 1980 to 2010) and is also an ex-Birkinshaw.

This weekend she is going to undertake the Joss Naylor Challenge. 75km and 5000m climb across the Lake District in 14 hours.

No - she is NOT trying to keep up with brother Steve!

But she IS hoping to follow his lead by raising some funds for Hilary’s MS Therapy Centre
