Just a reminder .......
Many of you are aware of (and
take part in) our annual series of Night Street League events - the
season runs from the end of October until early March, and all events
take place in the dark.
However, thanks to the persistence and enthusiasm of Peter R and Sue B, we are planning to hold a NSL style event (
MetrO) on the
evening of Monday 24th August from the
Trafford Water Sports Centre (near Sale Water Park) from around 6.30pm. The
Boathouse Bar is conveniently located for post-event refreshment and analysis.
(you will have to lash out an additional £1.49 for the "maptiler" app
for this). Riding the tram is compulsory, but paper maps will be
available for those of us who remain technologically challenged.
