Tony,

I am staying and sharing transport with John/Jen Britton in Glen Affric which is a long way from Darnaway.

Please make sure we are on the same first shift times.

So, if John volunteers for any of the extras then I will be there. I suspect he will not volunteer for any ‘out of hours’ and probably would not like to do a first shift. I don’t mind Forres but it will all depend on John.

If he hasn’t responded already, then he is now away until Sunday, so you are unlikely to get a response from him until after then.

Hi All,

1. I attach minutes of last committee meeting.

2. Within a day or two will send out provisional allocation of tasks for WOC helpers 4 Aug Darnaway. General pattern is 2 hr shifts from 9.30am. Hence may be 'offered' 2 hrs on then further 2 after break, perhaps on different job but nearly all in main arena and adjacent CP.
Also need a few eve before or from 7am tho doesn't have to be us. Let me know if you are free'out of hours' or have strong prefs on timings (eg not before 11am or not morn or not pm).
Also can use fit lad/lass with bike - offers?

3. They are short of helpers/marshalls sprint at Forres same day (4/8). Any volunteers incl post run?
