As the CLUBMARK rep & as far as I know all but 3 CRB's of club members have expired. It is a legal requirement & of crucial importance that if you have contact with club juniors you must be CRB'd.You need one for orienteering even if you have one for another organisation.

The procedure is:-

Go to the BOF website & follow the links to officials,coaches,coach support & coach safety. You should reach 'Providing a Disclosure' which will give you the info' you need & a phone number which is the only way to apply.

You then need to give your completed form to Vicky Thornton who will verify your form & send it to BOF ( who pay for them).

When you receive your disclosure can I ask  that you let me have a copy for the CLUBMARK file as we are applying for CLUBMARK renewal.

Please can I ask you all to deal with this asap.
