A Self-Paced Tour of the Lantern Pike and Mellor Moor for Walkers,
Runners, Individuals and Families in Support of the Help For Heroes
Navigate from the Lantern Pike Inn, Little Hayfield using a Grid Reference and a clue to find the first checkpoint. At the first checkpoint, find the next Grid Reference and clue and follow the Magical Mystery Tour around the nooks, crannies and secret highlights of Mellor Moor until deposited back at the Lantern Pike for refreshments.
5 mile or 10 mile route choice options
5 mile route also available as a standard map for the less adventurous
The Rules
· Collect info pack and start at your leisure from the Lantern Pike between 10am and 12pm
· Entry Fee: £6 per adult; £3 per junior and must be accompanied by an adult. Prizes available!
· Price includes entry to the Lantern Pike Inn celebrations in support of Help for Heroes. Music, entertainment and much merriment: 12pm- 8pm Monday 27th, 2012.
