I declared the teams according to the attached document sent to you previously - I am aware that Trevor R, John B and Margaret G are no long running and I shall communicate with the relevant team members who are affected separately - so if you don't hear from me tonight or on Saturday then your team remains unaffected.

Fabian has sent the message see below so any last changes I agree with people by email tonight (or at the race on Saturday) I will make at enquiries on Saturday.

I have the banner and the tent (I dont think the tent will be required as the forecast looks good) so look for the banner on both days in order to collect your bib.

If I am not around  then PLEASE COLLECT YOUR CORRECT BIB FROM THE BIB BAG ATTACHED TO THE MDOC BANNER there will be a list in the bag to let you know your bib number. 

If bibs have gone from the bag I shall not worry I shall assume you have got yours!!!....EXCITING J

The British Relay Championship team declaration facility is now open.

Use the Fabian4 Amend Entry function to obtain access to your entry:

After gaining access click "Declare" and follow the instructions.  It is very easy to use, but if you have a problem then contact support@fabian4.co.uk.

Please declare all your teams ASAP but before 23:59 on Wednesday 15th April at the very latest.  You are able to amend your declaration up until this time also.

Changes

Until 15 April changes to a team’s class can be made by entering the new class at the highest entry rate and in the Special Request box requesting the cancellation of the original entry.  This will only be possible if there are sufficient maps on the new course.  Your original entry fee will be refunded.  Changes to class can be made at Enquiries on Saturday 18 April, subject again to the limited map availability and payment of £20 for senior teams and £10 for junior teams.
