For information this is the layout of the Arena. You will see on your arrival that the arena may be a little boggy in places so this layout may need to be changed slightly.

Hopefully we will have a helpers area for parking (main parking field - not Arena). Indicate on your arrival that you are a helper. I am not issuing car stickers.

I'll be sending out more detailed procedures for your jobs (including relevant references to risks) later on today.

Jo, the prize giving location is not shown on the diagram. I guess you can decide this on the day.

Pedestrian entrance/exit is at the north end of the Arena

String course is on route between the Arena and Car Parking
