The previous email contained a file which uses Microsoft Excel. In this email I have provided the file in pdf, so you should all be able to read it.

I have now allocated most of the jobs for JK2015 Relay Day 4. (including relay/registration on Days 2, 3)

Many thanks for offering to help.

Please can you review the attached document in order to see the role (and days) to which you are assigned. Please let me know of any changes/issues asap.

It should not be necessary for all people allocated to a particular role to all be present at the same time, e.g. SI/whistle check should only require 2 people to be present at any one time. Therefore it will hopefully be possible to enter a small number of competitive teams (mainly juniors I guess). To enable this I have grouped likely team members into similar roles and will leave it up to them to organise and coordinate shifts accordingly and discuss entry with Vicky Thornton. (Non-MDOC Volunteers should discuss with their respective team captains)

I will be issuing more detailed instructions for each task. Some of these are quite straightforward and could be considered as business as usual, whereas others are somewhat more complicated and the process will need to be defined and explained in more detail.

Finally, I still need some more help on Day 2 (Relay Registration) - Any offers ?

Again, I very much appreciate your contribution to ensuring a successful day, and if you think I have missed anything then please let me know.
