Greetings All,

1. MDOC is committed to providing a team of 25 or more helpers to finalize and run various arena functions. This will happen at Darnaway on Tuesday 4th August 2015, a rest day for the main Scottish 6-day Competition. The timespan is not yet clear but it is likely that you will not be required all day, especially if we have plenty of troops. We can also probably organise  shifts to suit individual needs (if we have plenty of people).

As MDOC co-ordinator I need to provide a list of volunteers asap, including contact details so that you can be contacted directly and later issued accreditation and a uniform (possibly Armani - more likely a T shirt?). Please supply to me your email address, and DOB if under18, by 18th January so that I can forward details of the whole group  to the grand mastermind. We can add odd people later but this will increase the hassle for the system. Likewise you can obviously withdraw later if need be.
