A number of developments on the Coaching front, for
your delectation, as we take up the NorthWest Association provision of some days
of professional development resource.
> REMINDER - Monday's Club Night (April 30th)
features Hamish Willis demonstrating assorted coaching techniques. Please make
an effort to support this venture.
> Halkyn, Sunday July 15th. (The week
before the Welsh 6-Days) I will be coordinating a club training day on an
extremely interesting-looking area comprising mostly rough open with a path
network and a lotta lot of pits. It's a DEE area, used to good
effect by the NW Junior squad in the winter. I would expect the
minibus to be available. Please let me know if you are interested in
coming, and if there's anything specific you want to work on. Potential coaches
- feel free to offer to plan some exercises.
> Alderley Edge, July 17th. After our event,
Hamish will be available at Download to go over your courses, mistakes etc.
