I am sending the request for helpers again as the first event in the series is only 3 weeks away.

If you are availble to help please let me know which week and which job you would like to do.

Dear Member,

It is ten years now since the club first piloted the Lyme Park Series and this year the events will be held as follows:-

Week One - Thursday May 10th

Week Two - Tuesday May 15th

Week Three - Thursday May 24th

and

Week Four - Thursday May 31st(Colour Coded event)-Planner S.Nichols

The first 3 events are aimed at newcomers to the sport and offer 4 courses each week-White,Yellow,Orange and Light Green.The 4th week will offer a fuller range of colour coded courses

Helpers are requested for the various jobs which include Setting Up,Control setting and collecting,Registration,Download,Start,SI Hire,Map printing on the day,and Computers.We also require a qualified first aider to be in attendance.It would also be nice to have some members on hand to help with any newcomers.

If you are able to help please indicate which week/weeks you are available and which job and time block which suits you best:-

4.00 p.m. onwards

5.30 p.m.to 7.00 p.m.

7.00p.m. onwards

Entrance to the park is free to NT members and after 4.30p.m..However if you are required before 4.30 p.m. and have to pay car parking fees please let me know and the club will refund you.
